Q) How do I make my purchase?


A) At RapitupGifts you can add as many gifts as you want to your shopping cart. (We deliver within AUSTRALIA ONLY) Just click the ?Add to Cart? button, after specifying the quantity and Check Out the product/s. Following this you will be asked to enter the shipping details, after which you can confirm your order and make your payment via Pay Pal. (If you do not have a Pay Pal account then see the below payment options).




Q) What payment modes do you support?


A) We accept internet banking payments into our Suncorp account but you must contact us via email before making your purchase as we will provide you with specific payment information for your purchase and we will provide you with a specific reference number BSB: 484-799 Account number: 12-578799-8




Q) How does the delivery process work?


A) Enter the shipping address while making your purchase (physical address only NO P.O. BOX accepted). You should receive the parcel via Australian post once you've made the full payment.


Q) What are the delivery charges?


A) We impose zero delivery charges on all purchases within Australia that are over $100. The delivery charges are $9.95 for purchases under $100 for STANDARD delivery.  Additional delivery charges will apply to express delivery orders, oversized purchases and delivery to remote locations, again please email us any out of the ordinary deliveries, we are here to make your process as easy as possible so your co-operation is essential to this process. 


Q) By when can I expect my delivery to arrive?


A) Our deliveries take 2 to 14 days depending on how far the delivery location is from our Gold Coast office. We attend to deliveries only on business days, which is between Monday to Friday (or as otherwise specified on the home page).


Q) Is it possible to have it delivered earlier?


A) Yes. We offer express delivery services on all products, through a registered service with the Australian Post. The express delivery period is estimated to be as follows:

Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney- 1 to 3 working days

Darwin, Hobart, Perth- 3 to 4 working days


Q) It has been 14 days since I paid and I haven't received my gift purchase yet. Now what do I do?


A) Kindly get in touch with us through the ?online enquiry? section on the top customer servicroe tab on our website.


Q) Is it possible to get a refund if I ordered and you don't deliver to overseas?


A) Yes it is possible you will receive an email from us to say that sorry you have selected from an Australia delivery ONLY site and you will be refunded your money minus the cost of processing the payment as we have specified as much as we can that we ONLY post within Australia (sorry if you didn't read the terms and conditions before purchasing).



Q) Is it possible to get a refund if my item is faulty?


A) If it appears to be faulty in anyway then you need to contact us no more than 7 days after receiving the item and we ask you to take a photo on delivery if you have this concern, then you make contact with us on 0412 209 825 you will then be asked to return the item at your cost where we will determine if it is faulty and then issue a refund.  We 'do not' refund for change of mind.
