Our products and services are steered at offering 100 percent guaranteed satisfaction, however we do not refund for change of mind, as we take pride in providing as much information of our products, if you are unsure of anything of the item you are wanting to purchase please phone 0412 209 825 before purchasing.  We also allow you to have your gifts wrapped for FREE, please request this when purchasing your item.

 

 

How to purchase a product?

 

To purchase a product simply click on the “add to cart” option, and proceed with the “checkout” option, specifying the quantity to your requirements. You will then be prompted to enter the shipment details following which you can choose the payment mode, as to your convenience.

 

Payment modes

 

At RapitupGifts, we offer you a safe transaction environment through Paypal. You can be rest assured that all private information and personal details are secure. We also allow you to make payments via cheque or internet banking.(Visa and MasterCard accepted) For payments made through cheque depositions, we will send you a confirmation once the cheque is cleared, following which we will deliver your purchase to the specified address.

 

 Return policy

 

We will only return the item/s if it is faulty, this does not cover if you have a change of mind or thought a product is not what you thought it would be.  If your item is faulty you need to contact us within 14 days of receiving you will be responsible for postage for it's return it to us. Once we receive this item and determine that it is faulty we will then issue you with a refund for the product only (this will not include the postage cost).

 

In the instance that you are unhappy with your purchase we pride ourselves on giving you a gift voucher to spend within our shop.  You will be responsible to return this item at your own postage cost, once the returned item is checked and it's returned in is it's original condition we will then issue you with a voucher which will have a 60 day expiry date which will be from the day we deem your item accepted in original condition.  If the item is damaged, not all items returned in this instance you will only receive a portion of the original sold price.
